BSPL offers flexibility and cost effectiveness
to the clients for selecting the financial models.
You can select one of the following two financial
models that we follow at BSPL:
Fixed
Bid
This model seeks to complete a project
for a fixed price, but no fixed team is assigned to
the client. Under this model, the client pays a fixed
price for the project.
The financials under the Fix Bid model are specific
to the project. However, the client does not have
the leverage to acquire a dedicated team for the project.
The number of resources involved in a project, under
the Fix Bid model, varies depending on the feasibility
of resource allocation and the phases of the project.
Fix Bid model is appreciated for small projects where
the client does not require frequent or urgent interaction
with the team members.
Time & Money
Under the Time & Money financial model,
a dedicated team works on a specific project for a
specified duration. This team is not engaged with
other projects during the lifecycle of the specified
project.
Our experience in knowledge solutions reveals that
the Time & Money model is beneficial for large
projects where the client requires extensive interaction
with the team members. This model offers various other
benefits, such as:
- Our team works in close coordination with the
client. This enables to team to under the client
requirements more acutely, and enhance and hone
the required skills for the specific project.
- Proper mentoring and training of the team can
be provided to the team during inactivity period.
This results in further increased quality and productivity.
- Frequent client interactions also ensure proper

for a big project. This also ensures that the client
becomes aware of the capabilities and competency
of the team members, and can direct their efforts
in the right direction.
- This model is also receptive to change management.
If there is a change in the client requirement during
any time of the project lifecycle, the team members
can acclimatize with the required change with minimum
efforts.
